Common Problems

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Western Union. We recommend using PayPal first.

Q: How to place the order?
Step 1: Login or register a new account
Step 2: Search the item you like
Step 3: Put it into your shopping cart
Step 4: View and check out your order
Step 5: Complete the payment
Step 6: Wait for our confirmation email

Q: Why did I fail to place the order?
A: Don’t worry! It happens sometimes. Please confirm your credit card number. If the payment still fails, try another credit card or wait a few minutes and retry. If it still doesn’t work, please contact your bank for assistance.

Q: How long will I need to wait after I place an order?
A: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Processing normally takes 2–3 business days.
- Standard shipping needs 7–10 business days.
- Expedited shipping needs 3–5 business days.

Q: Can I use a P.O. Box as the shipping or billing address?
A: We don’t accept P.O. Boxes (including FPO or APO) as shipping addresses because Express couriers (DHL/FedEx) cannot deliver there. However, you can use a P.O. Box as your billing address.

Q: If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?
A: If the item has not yet been produced or shipped, you can email us at service@faithnovaworld.com. We will help you modify the order. Once your parcel is shipped, we’re sorry we cannot exchange it.

Q: How to track my order?
A: Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the following links:
- Standard Shipping: 17track.net
- DHL: DHL Tracking
- UPS: UPS Tracking

Q: I’m in a remote area, can you ship to me?
A: Normally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide. However, some areas may require additional remote fees. If the zip code in the area cannot be found in the courier’s system, we will not be able to ship to your location.

Q: How to return a parcel?
A: Please email service@faithnovaworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order to apply for a return. Emails received after 7 days will not be considered.
Include photos of the product in your email.
We will reply with detailed return instructions once confirmed.
Any parcels returned without our consent will not be accepted.

Q: Do I need to pay the return shipping fee?
A: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect item, quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
If the return is due to your personal reasons (e.g., don’t like, don’t want, ordered the wrong product), you must bear the return shipping fee.

Q: How long will it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
