We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 365 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, accessories, gift boxes, and inserts included.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items (for example, engraved pieces, custom sizes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such at checkout, are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@faithnovaworld.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for our return instructions and authorization. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization.
  3. Place a note inside your package with your order number and contact details to help us process your return efficiently.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the item is damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Return Address

We will provide the correct return address in your authorization email. Please do not ship any items to an address found online or from a previous order without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All shipments are insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@faithnovaworld.com.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will assist with the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges and Resizing

If you need a different size or would like an exchange, contact us to check availability and instructions. Some resizing services may incur a fee depending on design and materials.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider; please allow your card issuer’s standard timeframe for the credit to appear.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items showing wear, scratches, alterations, or damage caused by improper use or care.
  • Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns shipped beyond the 365-day window.
