Free Shipping for U.S. Orders Over $79

At Faith Nova, we are dedicated to offering a seamless shopping experience. For all orders within the United States, we provide free shipping on orders over $79. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 will be applied.

U.S. Domestic Orders

All U.S. domestic orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order. Once processed, your order will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

International Orders

We also proudly ship worldwide, offering reliable international shipping services. Please note that international orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 8-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Australia and New Zealand: Shipping fee is $19.99
  • Canada and Mexico: Shipping fee is $15.99
  • Europe (excluding Russia and Belarus): Shipping fee is $17.99

Order Processing & Production Times

  • In-stock items: Processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order or personalized pieces: Production typically takes 5–10 business days before shipment. We will notify you by email if additional time is required.

Shipping Partners

Damages, Loss, and Insurance

All shipments are insured during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or is suspected to be lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels).
  2. Keep all outer boxes, inner packaging, and the product for documentation.

We will assist with carrier and insurance claims and arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or process a refund of the product price in line with our Return Policy.
